Subros lays high importance in people development at all levels to meet its present and future challenges. The company has instituted various entry level training programs for DETs, ETs, GETs, M-Tech Trainees and MBA Trainees to suit its specific manpower requirements in manufacturing, Engineering, R & D and management.

People involvement is the foundation of success at Subros. Employees at all levels are involved in continuous improvement programs through suggestion schemes, Quality Circles, TPM, TQM and other small group activities.
