In order to face the growing challenges of the future, Subros as part of its growth strategy embarked upon the process of implementing an ERP system in the organization.

After due deliberation & detailed analysis of the company's needs and various solutions being offered in the market, Subros selected SAP as an appropriate ERP. It then went on to partner with 'Satyam' to implement the system.

Subros put together a project team and identified a Project Leader from within to start the project. It was kicked off on 4th February, 2002 under the leadership of Mr. Manoj K. Sethi (AGM C&T) and with the strong backing of the top management. The project went live in a record time of 8 months on the 1st of October, 2002.

In the first phase, Subros has launched the following modules - Sales & Distribution, Materials Management, Finance, Costing & Production Planning.

Subros has carved out a detailed long term plan for it initiatives in the future & SAP will form the foundation for all these initiatives which include CRM, SCM and Human Resource Management.
